Welcome to Cryptoplat. This Trade Policy governs all trading activities conducted on the Cryptoplat platform, including Spot trading, P2P trading, and Binary trading. By accessing and using Cryptoplat's trading services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined in this policy. Please read this policy carefully before placing any trade on our platform.
- Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher - Have a fully registered and verified Cryptoplat account - Reside in a country where cryptocurrency trading is permitted under local laws and regulations - Not be listed on any government sanctions list or prohibited persons list
1.2 Cryptoplat reserves the right to restrict or terminate trading access for any user who does not meet the above eligibility requirements or who violates this Trade Policy.
2.1 All users must complete Cryptoplat's identity verification process (Know Your Customer / KYC) before accessing full trading functionality.
2.2 KYC verification requires submission of:-
A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID, or driver's licence) - Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months) - A selfie or live photo for identity confirmation
2.3 Cryptoplat reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
2.4 Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documents during the KYC process will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Cryptoplat currently offers the following trading products:
3.1 SPOT TRADING Spot trading on Cryptoplat allows users to buy and sell cryptocurrency pairs at current market prices. Orders are matched in real time through our order matching engine. Available order types include Market Orders, Limit Orders, and Stop-Limit Orders.
3.2 P2P TRADING Peer-to-Peer (P2P) trading enables users to trade directly with other verified Cryptoplat users. All P2P trades are protected by Cryptoplat's escrow system, which holds the seller's cryptocurrency until both parties confirm the transaction is complete. P2P trades support multiple payment methods as listed on the platform at the time of trading.
3.3 BINARY TRADING
Binary trading allows users to predict whether the price of a selected cryptocurrency will rise or fall within a defined time period. Binary trading carries a higher risk profile than Spot trading. Users should fully understand the mechanics of Binary trading before participating.
4.1 Cryptoplat charges competitive trading fees across all products. Current fee schedules are published on the Cryptoplat website and are subject to change with prior notice.
4.2 General fee structure:
- Spot Trading: Maker and Taker fees apply per executed order - P2P Trading: Platform fees are applied to completed trades - Binary Trading: Platform fees are built into each trade
4.3 Cryptoplat reserves the right to introduce, modify, or remove fee structures at any time. Users will be notified of material fee changes in advance via email or platform announcement.
4.4 Deposit and withdrawal fees may apply depending on the cryptocurrency and network used. These fees are determined by blockchain network conditions and are not controlled by Cryptoplat.
5.1 All orders placed on Cryptoplat are executed on a best-effort basis through our automated order matching engine.
5.2 Cryptoplat does not guarantee order execution at a specific price. Market conditions, liquidity, and order size may affect the final execution price.
5.3 Once a Market Order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled. Limit Orders and Stop-Limit Orders may be cancelled before they are matched.
5.4 Cryptoplat is not liable for losses resulting from partial fills, slippage, or price movements that occur between order placement and execution.
6.1 Users must deposit funds into their Cryptoplat wallet before placing trades. Only deposits made to your designated Cryptoplat wallet address will be credited to your account.
6.2 Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply per cryptocurrency and are listed on the Cryptoplat platform.
6.3 Withdrawals are subject to security reviews and may be delayed in cases where suspicious activity is detected on the account.
6.4 Cryptoplat is not responsible for funds lost due to incorrect wallet addresses provided by the user. Always double-check wallet addresses before confirming any withdrawal.
6.5 In cases of network congestion or blockchain issues, deposits and withdrawals may experience delays outside of Cryptoplat's control.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Cryptoplat platform:
7.1 Market Manipulation — Any attempt to artificially inflate or deflate the price of any cryptocurrency through wash trading, spoofing, layering, or any other manipulative practice is strictly prohibited.
7.2 Insider Trading — Trading based on material non-public information about any cryptocurrency or project is prohibited.
7.3 Money Laundering — Using Cryptoplat to process proceeds from illegal activities or to obscure the origin of funds is a serious violation of this policy and applicable law.
7.4 Account Sharing — Sharing account credentials or allowing third parties to trade on your behalf without Cryptoplat's prior written consent is prohibited.
7.5 Automated Trading Abuse — Using bots, scripts, or automated systems to exploit platform vulnerabilities, manipulate order books, or gain unfair trading advantages is prohibited.
7.6 Fraudulent P2P Activity — Submitting false payment confirmations, reversing payments after crypto release, or engaging in any form of P2P fraud will result in immediate account suspension and legal action.
Violations of these prohibitions may result in:
- Immediate account suspension or permanent termination - Freezing of account funds pending investigation - Reporting to relevant financial authorities - Legal action where appropriate
9.1 Cryptoplat strives to maintain 24/7 platform availability.
However, the platform may experience downtime due to:
- Scheduled maintenance (announced in advance where possible) - Unplanned technical issues - Blockchain network disruptions - Force majeure events
9.2 Cryptoplat is not liable for trading losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability or technical disruptions.
9.3 During periods of extreme market volatility, Cryptoplat may temporarily suspend trading for specific pairs or products to protect users and maintain market integrity.
10.1 For Spot and Binary trading disputes, users must contact Cryptoplat's support team within 7 days of the disputed transaction.
10.2 For P2P trading disputes, either party may raise a dispute through the Cryptoplat platform during an active trade. Cryptoplat's dispute resolution team will review evidence submitted by both parties and issue a binding decision.
10.3 Cryptoplat's decision in all dispute cases is final. Users who disagree with a decision may escalate through formal legal channels as permitted by applicable law.

11.1 Cryptoplat is committed to preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crimes.
11.2 Cryptoplat monitors all transactions for suspicious activity and reserves the right to:
- Request additional identity verification at any time - Freeze accounts pending AML investigation - Report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities - Refuse or reverse transactions that violate AML standards
11.3 Users are required to cooperate fully with any AML investigation conducted by Cryptoplat or regulatory authorities.
12.1 Cryptoplat reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for:
- Violation of this Trade Policy - Violation of Cryptoplat's Terms of Service - Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity - Non-compliance with KYC or AML requirements - Account inactivity for extended periods
12.2 Upon account termination, users will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to withdraw their remaining funds, subject to any ongoing investigations or legal holds.
12.3 Cryptoplat is not liable for any trading losses or missed opportunities resulting from account suspension or termination where such action was taken in accordance with this policy.
14.1 This Trade Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
14.2 Any disputes arising from or in connection with this policy that cannot be resolved through Cryptoplat's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
