Find answers to common questions about your Cryptoplat account, trading, deposits, withdrawals, and platform security.
Click Sign Up in the top right corner of any page, enter your email address and a strong password, then verify your email by clicking the link sent to your inbox. The process takes under two minutes. To enable trading, deposits, and withdrawals, you will then need to complete identity verification (KYC).
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required to comply with international anti-money-laundering regulations and to protect the platform from fraudulent activity. Most submissions are reviewed within 1–24 hours, though some may take longer if additional documentation is requested.
You will need to provide:
— A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's licence, or national ID card)
— A clear photo of yourself holding the ID (selfie verification)
— A recent proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within the last three months)
Make sure all documents are clear, in colour, and not expired.
No. Each individual is permitted only one Cryptoplat account. Multiple accounts owned by the same person violate our Terms of Service and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds. If you require business or institutional access, please contact support to discuss available options.
On the login page, click Forgot Password, enter the email associated with your account, and follow the instructions in the password reset email. For security reasons, password resets are completed entirely through the email link — Cryptoplat staff will never ask for your password.
After logging in, navigate to Account Settings → Security, then select Enable 2FA. You will be guided through linking an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator or Authy) by scanning a QR code. Save your backup codes in a safe place — they are the only way to recover access if you lose your authenticator device.
Spot trading involves buying and selling cryptocurrencies at live market prices through our automated order matching engine.
P2P trading connects you directly with other verified users, with Cryptoplat acting as a neutral escrow until both parties confirm the trade.
Copy trading automatically replicates the trades of experienced leaders you follow.
Binary trading involves predicting whether an asset's price will be higher or lower at a fixed expiry time.
Futures trading involves trading contracts that derive value from an underlying cryptocurrency, with leverage available.
A maker order adds liquidity to the order book — typically a limit order that does not match against an existing order immediately and waits to be filled.
A taker order removes liquidity — typically a market order or a limit order priced to fill immediately against existing orders.
Spot and futures trades are executed through Cryptoplat's automated matching engine, which pairs your order against the best available counter-order in real time. P2P trades are completed directly between two users, with Cryptoplat holding the cryptocurrency in escrow until payment is confirmed.
Minimum trade amounts vary by trading pair and order type. The minimum for each pair is displayed on the trading interface before you place an order. For most major pairs, the minimum is equivalent to approximately 10 USDT.
Limit orders let you set a specific price; the order only fills at that price or better.
Market orders execute immediately at the best available current price.
Stop Limit orders trigger a limit order once the market reaches a specified stop price — useful for managing risk on existing positions.
After completing KYC, navigate to your Wallet and click Deposit next to the cryptocurrency you want to add. Cryptoplat will display a unique deposit address for that coin and network. Send the matching cryptocurrency from your external wallet to that address — only on the specified network.
Deposits credit after the required number of blockchain network confirmations have been reached. This varies by coin: Bitcoin typically takes 30–60 minutes, Ethereum and most ERC-20 tokens take a few minutes, and faster networks like Tron, Solana, or BNB Smart Chain usually take under five minutes.
Common causes of delayed deposits include:
— The required number of network confirmations have not yet been reached
— The deposit was sent on a different network than the one displayed (for example, USDT-ERC20 sent to a USDT-TRC20 address)
— The amount sent was below the minimum deposit threshold
— Network congestion is delaying confirmation
If your deposit has not credited after several hours, contact support with your transaction hash (TXID) for assistance.
Fiat deposit options are being expanded. Available fiat options will appear in your Wallet under the Deposit menu. Fiat deposits typically incur fees from the third-party payment processor, which are passed through to the user.
From your Wallet, click Withdraw next to the cryptocurrency you wish to send out. Enter the destination address (and memo or tag if required by that network), specify the amount, and confirm with your 2FA code.
Most withdrawals are processed within 1–2 hours. Larger withdrawals or those flagged by automated risk checks may take longer pending review. Once broadcast to the blockchain, the transaction will confirm based on that network's standard block times.
Withdrawals may be rejected for several reasons, including: incomplete KYC verification, an invalid destination address, attempting to withdraw above your daily limit, or a failed automated risk review. The specific reason is displayed in your withdrawal history. Contact support if you believe a rejection was issued in error.
Yes. Each cryptocurrency has its own minimum withdrawal amount, displayed on the withdrawal page and on our Fees page. Minimums exist to ensure that the withdrawal value exceeds the network fee required to broadcast the transaction.
Spot trading fees are charged as a percentage of each executed order's total value. Cryptoplat uses a tiered fee structure where higher 30-day trading volume unlocks lower fees. The complete fee schedule is published on our Fees page.
Your 30-day volume is the total USDT-equivalent value of all completed spot trades over the previous 30 days. The calculation rolls forward continuously, and your fee tier updates automatically as you cross volume thresholds.
No. The fees published on our Fees page are the only platform fees Cryptoplat charges. Network fees on deposits and withdrawals are passed through directly without any markup — you pay exactly what the blockchain charges.
Cryptoplat operates with security standards designed to protect user funds and personal data. The majority of user funds are held in offline cold storage, accounts are protected with two-factor authentication and AES-256 encryption, and all transactions are monitored continuously for suspicious activity. We also enforce mandatory KYC verification aligned with international AML standards. Full details are on our Security page.

Phishing messages often urge you to act quickly, include suspicious links, or claim there is a problem with your account requiring immediate action. To stay safe:
— Always verify the URL is exactly cryptoplat.online before entering credentials
— Cryptoplat will never ask for your password, 2FA codes, or recovery phrases

— When in doubt, log in directly through cryptoplat.online rather than clicking links in messages
The fastest way to reach support is by submitting a ticket through your account dashboard, where we can verify your identity and access your account history securely. You can also email metageniusa@gmail.com from the email address registered to your account.
Initial response times are typically under 4 hours, often much faster for urgent issues such as locked accounts or transaction disputes. Complex inquiries that require additional investigation may take longer to resolve fully, but you will receive an acknowledgement promptly.
Cryptoplat does not currently offer phone support. This is intentional — verifying account identity over the phone introduces risks that ticketed support avoids. Live chat is being evaluated for future rollout. For now, ticketed and email support remain the primary channels and provide the most secure way to resolve account issues.
