CRYPTOPLAT TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Cryptoplat ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Cryptoplat platform, website, and all associated services.
By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Cryptoplat platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

1. ABOUT CRYPTOPLAT

1.1 Cryptoplat is a digital cryptocurrency trading platform headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand that provides users with access to Spot trading, Peer-to-Peer (P2P) trading, and Binary trading services across a wide range of digital assets.
1.2 Cryptoplat operates as a technology platform that connects buyers and sellers of digital assets. Cryptoplat does not act as a financial advisor, broker, or fiduciary in connection with any trade executed on the platform.
1.3 Cryptoplat is registered and operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in Thailand.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

2.1 To use Cryptoplat's services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited
- Not be subject to any government sanctions or financial crime restrictions
2.2 When registering an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password and account credentials confidential
- Notify Cryptoplat immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
- Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
2.3 Cryptoplat reserves the right to refuse account registration or terminate existing accounts at its sole discretion.

3. IDENTITY VERIFICATION (KYC/AML)

3.1 All users are required to complete Cryptoplat's identity verification process before accessing full platform functionality.
3.2 As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, you may be required to submit:
- Government-issued photo identification
- Proof of residential address
- Any additional information required by applicable law
3.3 Cryptoplat complies with all applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) regulations. We reserve the right to monitor, flag, and report suspicious transactions to relevant regulatory authorities.
3.4 Failure to complete verification or providing fraudulent documentation will result in immediate account termination.

4. PLATFORM SERVICES

4.1 SPOT TRADING
Cryptoplat provides a real-time cryptocurrency spot market where users can buy and sell digital assets at current market prices. Spot trades are executed through our automated order matching engine.
4.2 P2P TRADING
Cryptoplat's P2P marketplace enables users to trade directly with other verified users. All P2P transactions are protected by Cryptoplat's escrow system. Cryptoplat acts solely as a neutral facilitator and is not a party to P2P trades.
4.3 BINARY TRADING
Cryptoplat provides Binary trading functionality allowing users to speculate on cryptocurrency price movements over defined time periods. Binary trading is high risk and may not be
suitable for all users.
4.4 ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Cryptoplat may from time to time introduce additional products and services including but not limited to staking, earn products, referral programs, and educational resources. These services are subject to additional terms as published on the platform.

5. FEES AND CHARGES

5.1 Cryptoplat charges fees for trading and certain other platform services. All applicable fees are published on the Cryptoplat website.
5.2 By using Cryptoplat's services, you authorise Cryptoplat to deduct applicable fees from your account balance.
5.3 Cryptoplat reserves the right to modify its fee structure at any time with reasonable notice to users.
5.4 Network fees (gas fees) associated with blockchain transactions are beyond Cryptoplat's control and are the sole responsibility of the user.

6. USER OBLIGATIONS

6.1 By using Cryptoplat, you agree to:
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes
- Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations
- Not engage in any form of market manipulation, fraud, or deceptive trading practices
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Cryptoplat platform or systems
- Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to exploit platform vulnerabilities
- Not impersonate any person or entity
- Not transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful software to the platform
6.2 You are solely responsible for all trading decisions made through your account. Cryptoplat does not provide investment advice and is not responsible for any losses resulting from your trading decisions.

7. DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS

7.1 Users may deposit supported cryptocurrencies into their Cryptoplat wallet to fund their trading activities.
7.2 Withdrawal requests are processed subject to:
- Completion of identity verification
- Compliance with AML requirements
- Availability of sufficient funds in your account
- Security review where applicable
7.3 Cryptoplat is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect wallet addresses provided by the user. You are solely responsible for verifying all wallet addresses before confirming withdrawals.
7.4 Cryptoplat reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1 All content, trademarks, logos, software, and intellectual property on the Cryptoplat platform are the exclusive property of Cryptoplat or its licensors.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Cryptoplat platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
8.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Cryptoplat platform without prior written consent from Cryptoplat.

9. PRIVACY

9.1 Cryptoplat's collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9.2 By using Cryptoplat, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. RISK DISCLOSURE

10.1 Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. The value of digital assets is highly volatile and can change rapidly.
10.2 You acknowledge and accept that:
- You may lose some or all of your invested funds
- Past performance is not indicative of future results
- Cryptoplat does not guarantee any returns or profits
- You are solely responsible for all trading decisions
- Binary trading carries an especially high risk of total loss
10.3 Cryptoplat strongly recommends that you only trade with funds you can afford to lose and that you seek independent financial advice before trading.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cryptoplat and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform
- Losses resulting from unauthorised account access due to your failure to maintain account security
- Losses caused by platform downtime, technical errors, or network disruptions
- Losses resulting from market volatility or the inherent risks of cryptocurrency trading
- Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in market data displayed on the platform
11.2 Cryptoplat's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Cryptoplat in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

12.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cryptoplat and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Cryptoplat platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Any dispute between you and another user of the platform

13. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

13.1 Cryptoplat reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without notice if:
- You violate these Terms of Service
- You engage in prohibited trading activities
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected
- Required by law or regulatory authority
- You fail to complete identity verification
13.2 Upon termination, you will be given a reasonable opportunity to withdraw available funds, subject to any pending investigations, legal holds, or regulatory requirements.

14. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

14.1 Cryptoplat aims to provide continuous 24/7 platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
14.2 Cryptoplat reserves the right to perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that may temporarily affect platform availability.
14.3 Cryptoplat is not liable for any losses incurred during periods of platform unavailability.

15. THIRD PARTY SERVICES

15.1 The Cryptoplat platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, websites, or applications.
15.2 Cryptoplat is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services.
15.3 Your use of third-party services is governed by the terms and policies of those third parties.

16. AMENDMENTS

16.1 Cryptoplat reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
16.2 Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.
16.3 Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

17.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
17.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
17.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
